1 kg prawns , uncooked
100 g fresh ginger , grated
8 garlic cloves , crushed
2 tablespoons lime zest , finely grated
2 tablespoons honey
80 ml sweet chili sauce
80 ml chicken stock
rice paper
baby spinach leaves

Instructions

9.Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
