1 lb medium raw shrimp
12 ounces artichoke hearts ( rough chopped )
4 green onions ( rough chopped )
1 medium sweet red pepper ( bite sized strips )
8 ounces fresh mushrooms
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 cups parmesan cheese ( fresh grated )
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 fresh cracked pepper
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon paprika ( optional )
cilantro ( Garnish )
1 large pizza dough
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds ( not toasted )
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic oil ( optional )
Bim's Thai Shrimp Pizza is a fun and exciting twist on traditional pizza. Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 475°F (240°C).
2.In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add mushroom and red pepper and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they are tender. Add green onion, lemon juice and sweet chili sauce. Cook for 1-2 more minutes.
3.Rinse and shell the shrimp. Add the shrimp to the skillet, and cook them with the vegetables until they turn pink and are fully cooked.
4.Meanwhile, in a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter in the microwave. Stir in the sesame oil, garlic salt, dried basil, and sesame seeds.
5.Roll the pizza dough out on a lightly floured surface and place it on the pizza pan or stone.
6.Spread the melted butter mixture over the pizza dough and top with the cooked shrimp, vegetables, and artichoke hearts.
7.Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese, celery salt, sesame seeds, fresh cracked pepper and paprika (optional) on top of the pizza.
8.Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Remove from oven, slice and garnish with cilantro (optional).
