Ingredients

150 g of asian salad greens
2 long cucumbers , cut into batons ( Lebonese )
Thai basil , and
chopped peanuts , to garnish

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 200°C.

8.Drain and rinse with cold water.
9.Combine the brown sugar, lime juice, and fish sauce, stirring until well combined.
10.Add the chili pepper strips.
11.In a salad bowl, combine the Asian salad greens, cucumber batons, and rice vermicelli.
12.Cut the beef into thin slices and add it to the salad.
13.Toss the salad with the dressing.
14.Garnish with Thai basil leaves and chopped peanuts before serving.
