1 package cellophane noodles
1 package egg roll wraps
1 egg yolk , mixed with
1 tablespoon water

Instructions

1.In a large skillet, heat 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil and add chopped garlic, fresh cilantro, ground pork, and crabmeat and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.

3.Add fish sauce, pepper, sugar, and salt and mix well.

5.Preheat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Arrange the egg roll wrappers, cut-side facing you.
6.Add a spoonful of the mixture to the lower edge of the wrapper and roll the wrapper tightly around the filling, fold in edges, and roll up tightly as the directions on the package indicate.
7.Brush the egg yolk mixture along the edge of the wrapper and seal well, repeat for remaining filling and wrappers.
8.Fry the prepared rolls, a few at a time, turning over once until golden brown. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
