8 ounces fresh shiitake mushrooms , stems removed , caps cut into 1/4-inch slices
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chuck, cilantro, mint, lime juice, fish sauce, jalapeno peppers, garlic, lime zest, ginger, and black pepper until well mixed.
