2/3 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

4.Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
5.Add chicken and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until golden color.
6.Add bamboo shoots and broccoli and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
7.Add chicken broth mixture, white pepper, sesame oil, and salt, and stir until sauce thickens.
8.Serve hot with steamed rice.
