Ingredients

1 1/2 kg chicken wings , tips cut off
3 red chilies , seeded and chopped
1 tablespoon grated ginger
2 cups water
2/3 cup soya sauce
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves ( cilantro )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
