2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 egg
1 tablespoon flour

2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/3 cup white vinegar
1 cup water

1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 orange , juice of

2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water

Instructions

1.Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes.

4.In a small bowl, mix together cornstarch and water. Set aside for later.
5.In a deep-frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Place marinated chicken pieces in the pan and cook until they turn golden. Remove the pieces from the pan and put them on paper towels to remove excess oil.
6.Pour the sauce mixture into the same pan and stir. Bring it to a boil, then lower the heat. Continue to stir and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
7.Slowly pour the cornstarch mixture into the sauce, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens to the desired consistency.
8.Place the chicken pieces back in the pan and stir well so that they are coated with the sauce.
