Instructions

1.Put the chicken pieces into the crock pot
2.In a separate bowl, combine hoisin sauce, plum sauce, soy sauce, gingerroot, lime juice and cornstarch
3.Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crock pot
4.Cover the crock pot and cook until chicken is cooked through (approximately 4-5 hours on high or 7-8 hours on low)
5.Take out the chicken pieces from the crock pot and let it rest for 10 minutes
6.Serve hot with your choice of side dish
