1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine or 1 tablespoon dry sherry
1/8 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon cornstarch
oil , for stir-frying

Instructions
