1 bottle stir-fry sauce ( General Tso 's sauce- I prefer the `` Iron Chef '' brand )
1 tablespoon olive oil
cooked rice

Instructions

1.Thaw the stir-fry vegetables. chop the fresh veggies if using fresh

4.Add the chicken to the pan and stir-fry it until it turns golden brown
5.Add the frozen stir fry vegetables or your diced fresh veggies into the pan and continue to stir-fry until cooked
6.Pour the bottle of stir-fry sauce into the pan and mix
7.Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and evenly coats the chicken and veggies. Serve hot with rice
