1/8 cup oyster sauce
1/4 cup shaoxing wine
1 tablespoon sugar
roux , cornstarch
2 stalks green onions , minced
2 jalapeno peppers , sliced

Instructions

1.Heat peanut oil in a large wok or saucepan over high heat. Add crabs and stir fry for 3-5 minutes until cooked.

3.Add water, oyster sauce, shaoxing wine, and sugar, and bring to a boil. Add cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
4.Return crabs to the wok and stir to evenly coat with the sauce. Add in minced green onions and sliced jalapeños.
5.Serve hot over rice.
