Ingredients

3 tablespoons hoisin sauce

2 tablespoons sesame oil

3 -4 green onions , chopped
1 red pepper
2 cups broccoli , chopped

Instructions

1.Start by preparing all the ingredients, cutting the gluten into 1-inch pieces, chopping green onions, red peppers and broccoli into bite-size pieces.
2.In a bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, rice vinegar, sweetener, vegetable broth, minced garlic, minced ginger, and cornstarch. Set aside for later use.
3.In a wok or a pan, heat up 2 tablespoons of sesame oil over high heat. Add the gluten and stir-fry for 2 minutes until golden brown.
4.Add the chopped broccoli and red pepper, stir-fry for another 2 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
5.Pour the sauce mixture into the wok and stir everything together. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and everything is heated through.
6.Add the chopped green onions and give everything a final stir.
7.Serve hot by itself or over steaming rice.
