Ingredients

1 broiler-fryer chicken , cut in parts
1/4 cup corn oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons regina white wine
1 clove garlic , peeled , halved
1 medium yellow onion , chopped
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon Accent seasoning , flavor enhancer
1 teaspoon red chile ( medium hot )
1/4 teaspoon powdered ginger

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix the corn oil, soy sauce, sesame seeds, white wine, garlic, brown sugar, Accent seasoning, red chile, and powdered ginger together until thoroughly combined
2.Add chicken parts to the bowl and toss to coat each piece with the marinade
3.Let the chicken marinate in the mixture for at least 1 hour
4.Preheat your oven to 350°F
5.Transfer the chicken and marinade to a roasting pan and bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until chicken is done
6.Once done, remove the pan from the oven and let the chicken cool for a few minutes before serving
