Instructions

1.Heat the oil in a pan until hot and add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
2.Add soy sauce, sugar, black vinegar, and 1/3 cup water and stir well to combine. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
3.Boil the noodles until al dente and drain. Add the sesame seed paste or tahini to the serving dish, then add the noodles.
4.Pour the sauce over the noodles and sprinkle with chopped scallions, roasted Szechuan peppercorns, chopped peanuts, and shredded cucumber. Serve and enjoy!
