Ingredients

6 garlic cloves

4 green onions , thinly sliced

8 ounces spinach , washed & trimmed
1 teaspoon sesame oil
6 ounces ham , cut into 1/4-inch cubes
3 1/4 lbs potatoes , unpeeled & very thinly sliced ( cut as thin as possible using a mandolin slicer )
2 2/3 cups mozzarella cheese , grated

Instructions

12.Place the casserole in the oven and bake for about 50 minutes or until the potatoes are fork-tender and the cheese is golden brown.
13.Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
