Ingredients

1/4 lb barbecued pork ( see my recipe for this , Barbecued Pork -- Chinese Style )
1 lb fresh broccoli
2 garlic cloves , minced
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons dry sherry
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
3 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon salt
This Stir-Fried Barbecued Pork with Broccoli is a classic Chinese dish that is easy to make, and full of flavor. Instructions

1.Cut the broccoli into small florets and rinse under running water. Set aside.
2.Cut the barbecued pork into thin strips and set aside.
3.In a small bowl, mix together cornstarch, sugar, sherry, water and oyster sauce. Set aside.
4.Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add oil and swirl to coat the pan. When hot, add minced garlic and stir-fry for a few seconds until fragrant.
5.Add the broccoli and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until it turns bright green and slightly tender.
6.Add the barbecued pork strips and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until they are heated through.
7.Give the cornstarch mixture a quick stir and pour it into the wok. Stir to coat the pork and broccoli evenly. Keep stirring until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients.
8.Sprinkle salt over the stir-fry and give it a quick toss.
9.Transfer the stir-fry to a serving plate and enjoy with steamed rice.
