Instructions

1.In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
2.Add the onion, celery, and green bell pepper, and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
3.Add the garlic, oregano, basil, chili powder, garlic salt, and cumin, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until fragrant.
4.Add the ground beef and cook until browned, using a wooden spoon or spatula to break up any clumps.

6.Pour in the chicken broth, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, black pepper, and cayenne pepper, and stir to combine.
