30 g fresh parsley leaves

Instructions

1.Rinse the rice with cold water and drain well.

6.Add the rinsed rice and stir well to coat.
7.Pour in 1 liter of hot water and add salt and pepper.
8.Bring the mixture to a boil.
9.Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and cook for 15 minutes.
10.Add 350 g of fresh green peas, stir well, replace the lid, and continue cooking for another 5-10 minutes until the rice is tender and the peas are cooked through.
11.Once done, garnish with the chopped parsley and serve hot.
