Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.In a bowl mix the breadcrumbs, chili, garlic, lemon rind and melted butter.
3.Place the fillets on a baking sheet and drizzle with lemon juice.
4.Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the fish, pressing down lightly, and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
5.While the fish is cooking, rinse white rice with cold water and drain.
6.Place the rice in a pot with the water, coconut cream, sugar, and green onions. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let simmer for 15-20 minutes with the lid on.
7.Fluff the rice and serve with the chili and lemon crumbed white fish.
