Ingredients

2 cups rice
600 g lamb shoulder
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 medium onions
4 carrots
4 garlic cloves

Instructions

1.Rinse the rice several times until the water runs clear.

8.Add 5 cups of boiling water to the rice and stir.
9.Bring the mixture to a boil, then lower the heat to minimum. Cover the pot with a tight-fitting lid and cook for 45 minutes, until the rice is tender and all the water has been absorbed.
