1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
6 spinach leaves
1/2 yellow capsicum , diced
1/2 red capsicum , diced
1/2 green capsicum , diced
2 tablespoons butter
4 sprigs parsley

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
