1 can diced tomatoes ( with sauce )
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 cups chicken stock or 2 cups bouillon
1 teaspoon cornstarch
cooked rice
fresh parsley

Instructions

1.Rinse and cut the potatoes, carrot, cabbage, and onion
2.Combine the cut vegetables in a crockpot
3.Add the fish fillets on top of the vegetables
4.Mix minced garlic paste, dried basil, turmeric, dried thyme, cayenne pepper, and powdered coriander in a small bowl
5.Add the spice mixture on top of the fish
6.Pour in diced tomatoes and tomato paste
7.Pour in chicken stock or bouillon
8.Cover the crockpot and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours, or high heat for 2-3 hours
9.In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with 1 tablespoon of water. Add it to the crockpot and stir
10.Serve hot on a bed of cooked rice, garnished with fresh parsley
