Ingredients

4 -5 cups cooked rice
1 lb ground beef
3 slices bacon , cooked crisp and crumbled
1 can condensed tomato soup , undiluted
3 tablespoons onion soup mix
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it is fully cooked.
3.Add in 3 tablespoons of the onion soup mix and the can of undiluted tomato soup to the ground beef, and mix well.
4.Layer half of the cooked rice into the bottom of an 8-inch x 8-inch (20cm x 20cm) baking dish.
5.Spoon the beef mixture over the layer of rice in the baking dish.
6.Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
7.Repeat with another layer of rice and the remaining cheese on top.
8.Bake for about 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.
9.Serve it hot.
