Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.In a small bowl, mix barbecue sauce, sugar, black pepper, seasoning salt, and vinegar until well combined.
3.Place chicken breasts in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
4.Pour sauce mixture over chicken.
5.Pour beef broth and consomme over chicken.
6.Bake for 1 hour.
7.In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups water to a boil.
8.Add rice and onion slices.
9.Return to a boil.
10.Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
11.Remove rice from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
12.Fluff with fork.
13.Add butter to rice and stir well.
14.Serve chicken with rice.
