1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup birds nest angel hair pasta ( broken up into pieces )
1 cup Uncle Ben 's converted brand rice ( NOT INSTANT )
2 1/4 cups chicken broth
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

1.Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat
2.Add angel hair pasta, cook and stir until golden brown
3.Remove pasta from the pan and set aside
4.Add rice to the same saucepan, stir until coated with butter
5.Add chicken broth, salt, and garlic powder to the rice
6.Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low
7.Cover and simmer for 20 minutes
8.Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes
9.Add the toasted angel hair pasta and fluff with a fork
10.Serve hot
