3 medium potatoes , Soaked and Peeled
2 medium onions , Finely Chopped
1 teaspoon ginger paste
2 teaspoons garlic paste
2 teaspoons soya sauce
2 teaspoons vinegar
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon chili sauce
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon honey
3 tablespoons cornflour
1/2 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
oil ( for frying )
water , as required
salt
sesame seeds ( for Garnishing )
green onion ( for Garnishing )

Instructions

1.Cut the potatoes into small wedges, rinse them and pat dry with a clean towel;
2.In a bowl, mix cornflour, 1 teaspoon chili powder, salt, and water; Dip each potato wedge into this mixture;
3.Fry the potato wedges in hot oil until crispy and golden brown. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil;
4.In another pan, heat oil, add onions, ginger paste and garlic paste, and fry until onions are soft;
5.Add in soya sauce, vinegar, red chili powder, chili sauce, tomato sauce, and honey; Mix well and cook for 2 minutes;
6.Add the fried potatoes and mix well so that the sauce coats the potatoes evenly;
7.Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions and serve hot.
