Ingredients

1 dungeness crabs ( already cooked ) or 4 blue crabs ( already cooked )
flour , for dusting
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/4 1/4 cup sake or 1/4 cup dry sherry
6 green onions , trimmed and cut diagonally into 1-inch lengths
1/4 cup fresh basil , chopped
2 teaspoons chinese black vinegar or 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oil
1/4 - 1/3 cup fresh gingerroot , minced
1 tablespoon cornstarch , dissolved in
2 tablespoons water

Instructions

1.Dust the crabs with flour and set aside.
