1/2 lb baked asian style tofu or 1/2 lb pressed tofu
1 red chili
3 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 teaspoons rice vinegar

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

5.Place the tofu in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

8.Bake for 15 minutes, or until the tofu is golden and crispy. Serve hot or cold.
