Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Coat a large ovenproof skillet with cooking spray and heat over high heat until hot.
3.Season pork with salt and pepper and cook in skillet until browned on all sides, about 6 minutes.
4.Remove pork and set aside.
5.In a separate bowl, whisk together chicken broth, peanut butter, hoisin sauce, ginger, and garlic. Pour mixture into the skillet and cook over medium heat until heated through, about 2 minutes.
