Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs flank steaks
1 teaspoon salt

1/2 tablespoon baking soda

1 red bell pepper , slice

2 tablespoons rice wine
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions

7.Return the beef to the skillet and stir until well coated with the sauce. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
