20 -24 dumpling wrappers
6 green peppers
1 tablespoon salt
1/4 cup Chinese wine
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 in piece ginger
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup oil ( optional )
1/4 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes ( optional )

Instructions

1.Finely chop the green peppers and ginger.

8.Add enough water to cover half of the dumplings, cover the pan with a lid, and let the dumplings cook for 6-8 minutes until the wrapper is cooked through and the filling is hot.
