1 whole chicken , Chinese style
1 1/2 lbs fresh broccoli florets
1/2 teaspoon garlic , granulated

1 jalapeno pepper , slice paper thin
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons shaoxing wine
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 cup Hidden Valley & reg ; Original Ranch & reg ; Dressing
1 cup cashew nuts , whole

Instructions

1.Cook the chicken in a Chinese style until fully done and let it cool. Once cooled, shred the chicken and set aside.
