Ingredients

1 cup boiling water
1 -2 tablespoon miso
1 teaspoon crumbled wakame seaweed
3 ounces fresh tofu
2 ounces spinach , shredded
1 scallion , thinly sliced

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, whisk together miso and boiling water to dissolve the miso.

4.Pour in the miso mixture and stir well to combine. Do not boil the soup after adding the miso.
