Ingredients

1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts
10 whole dried chilies , stems removed
2 green onions , cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2 garlic cloves , minced well

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, mix together chicken stock, dark soy sauce, sherry, chili paste with garlic, red wine vinegar, sugar, cornstarch, and sesame seed oil. Set aside.
