3/4 cup tomato ketchup
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon hot chili oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon Frank 's red hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 cup brown sugar or 1/4 cup white sugar
4 -5 pre-cooked fried chicken breasts , diced into 1-inch cubes
hot cooked white rice
Alex's Pseudo Tso's Sauce is a homemade version of the popular Chinese-American restaurant dish, General Tso's Chicken. Instructions

1.In a saucepan, sauté diced onions in vegetable oil over medium heat until translucent.
2.Add garlic and sauté for another minute.
3.Add white wine, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, sweet chili sauce, rice wine vinegar, white vinegar, hot chili oil, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, Frank's red hot sauce, ground black pepper, ginger, and brown sugar.
4.Bring mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally and reduce heat to low.
5.Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
6.Add diced pre-cooked chicken and let it cook for 5-10 minutes, until heated through.
7.Serve hot over cooked white rice.
