4 medium potatoes , peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 red bell pepper , chopped
1/2 yellow bell pepper , chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley , chopped
1/2 cup green onion , thin slice
Spicy Chinese Potato Salad is a unique spin on a classic potato salad. Instructions
