Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, whisk the cornstarch, flour, and sugar together until well-combined.
2.Add the eggs to the bowl and continue to mix until the mixture is crumbly.

4.Gradually add in the water and mix until the dough is smooth.
5.Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat until hot.

8.Once the Jin Qian Huan is cooked, remove from the oil and place on paper towel to drain excess oil.
