Ingredients

1 lb cream cheese
1/4 lb imitation crabmeat
10 teaspoons sugar
3 teaspoons garlic powder
3 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons cooking wine
1 cup egg , beaten
4 -6 egg roll wraps
8 cups oil , for cooking

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, imitation crabmeat, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and cooking wine.

3.Moisten the edges of the egg roll wrap with beaten egg.
4.Fold the egg roll wrap in half, creating a triangle shape, and press the edges together to seal.
5.In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat to 375°F.
6.Add in the egg rolls and fry until golden brown and crispy.
7.Remove the egg rolls from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
8.Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
