1 tablespoon sesame seeds , toasted

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, dry sherry, sugar, cornstarch, half of the minced garlic and red pepper flakes until smooth and well combined.

3.Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken wings to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes each side or until golden brown. Add remaining garlic and green onions and cook for another minute.
