spinach or watercress , torn up

Instructions

1.In a large pot, bring the chicken stock to a boil over medium-high heat.
2.Add salt, white pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
3.Slowly pour in the beaten egg, stirring the soup gently to create egg ribbons.
4.Add the sliced tofu and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
5.Finally, add the tomato wedges and spinach or watercress, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
