Ingredients

6 tablespoons dark soy sauce
6 tablespoons oyster sauce ( Lee Kum Chee is the best brand . I buy mine in bulk at an oriental market )
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons pancake syrup
3 tablespoons applesauce or 3 tablespoons apple juice concentrate
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
4 large pork chops or 6 small pork chops
These Chinese Pork Chops are a great way to bring some Asian-inspired flavors to your dinner table. The marinade for the pork chops is a flavorful blend of dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, pancake syrup, apple sauce, and garlic that will make your taste buds dance with joy. Instructions

1.In a small bowl, whisk together dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, pancake syrup, apple sauce, and garlic until the sugar dissolves.
2.Marinate pork chops in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
3.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
4.Remove pork chops from marinade, shaking off excess, and place onto prepared baking dish.
5.Bake for 25-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) is reached. Let rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
