Ingredients

1/2 lb fresh panir , cubed to about the same size as the edamame
1/3 cup peanut oil or 1/3 cup canola oil
2 -3 small dried red chilies , whole ( optional )
1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1.Blanch the edamame in salted boiling water for about 5 minutes, drain and pass under cold water to cool.
2.Heat the oil and the chilies (if using) in a wok until the chilies get slightly dark, then remove them from the wok and discard them.
3.Add the panir to the wok and stir-fry for a few minutes until golden brown on all sides.
4.Add the edamame to the wok and continue stir-frying for another minute.
5.Sprinkle with salt and serve hot.
