1 head iceberg lettuce , chopped
4 mandarin orange segments , on each salad
1 cup dried chow mein noodles
1 cup roased sliced almonds

Instructions

1.Combine the apricot jam, white distilled vinegar, pineapple juice, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, Splenda granular, brown sugar twin, salt, paprika, black pepper, and canola oil in a blender.
2.Blend until all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
3.Add sesame seeds and creamy peanut butter in the blender and give it an another blend.
4.Transfer the dressing to a container and refrigerate it.
5.In a large salad bowl, add the chopped lettuce, chicken pieces and chow mein noodles.
6.Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and toss it well
7.Divide the salad into 4 serving plates and garnish each plate with roasted sliced almonds and 4 mandarin orange segments.
