Ingredients

4 garlic cloves , minced
1 1 lb linguine or 1 lb whole wheat linguine
1 red pepper , seeded and cut into matchsticks
1 carrot , peeled and cut into matchsticks
1 bunch green onion , thinly sliced
1/2 cup peanuts , chopped
2 cups bean sprouts

Instructions
