14 sheets frozen phyllo dough , leaves 13x9-inch ( thawed )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F / 200°C.

5.Remove the pan from the heat. Place one sheet of phyllo dough on a cutting board or flat surface. Brush lightly with safflower oil.
6.Place a small amount of the turkey mixture (about 2-3 tablespoons) in the center of the dough. Roll up the dough tightly around the filling to form a cylinder shape. Brush the outside with more safflower oil.
7.Repeat with the remaining filling and phyllo dough sheets.
8.Place the cylinders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
9.Serve hot or at room temperature. Enjoy!
