1 lb steak
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon msg ( option )
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon meat tenderizer
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1/3 cup lemongrass
3 garlic cloves
Lao Steak is a popular meat dish in Laos, often enjoyed with sticky rice and a variety of vegetables. It’s a simple and easy recipe that can be made at home with minimal effort and ingredients. The steak is marinated in a mixture of salt, msg, black pepper, meat tenderizer, sugar, oyster sauce, lemongrass and minced garlic to give it lots of flavor. Instructions

1.Pound steak with meat mallet or tenderizer until it's thin.
2.Marinate steak with salt, msg, black pepper, meat tenderizer, sugar, oyster sauce, lemongrass and minced garlic. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
3.Preheat your pan or grill to medium high heat (350-450 degrees F).
4.Cook the steak for 6-7 minutes on each side, flipping it once.
5.Once the steak is done cooking, take it off the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it.
6.Serve with your favorite sides!
