4 cups uncooked jasmine rice
15 garlic cloves , minced
1 tablespoon peppercorn
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon yellow curry powder
1 teaspoon ground turmeric ( optional )
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 duck , deboned
5 tablespoons vegetable oil
6 1/2 cups water
6 small green onions , thinly sliced
Duck and Yellow Rice is a classic Asian dish that packs a punch of flavor and spice. Instructions

6.Add the rice mixture and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
7.Add the water and green onions and stir to combine.
8.Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover.
9.Cook for approximately 30 minutes, or until the rice is fully cooked and the liquid has evaporated.
