Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
2.In a large bowl, mix together the crushed tomatoes, paprika, red wine, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, allspice, onion, garlic, olive oil, and turmeric.
3.Gently fold in the cubed tofu until evenly coated.
