4 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 cup water , lukewarm
6 tablespoons unsalted butter , melted

1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

1.Dissolve the dry yeast in warm water and add honey. Stir
2.In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, ground cinnamon, ground coriander, and ground cloves together.
3.Add the melted butter to the flour mixture and mix well.
4.Add the yeast mixture to the flour mixture and mix until you have a smooth dough
5.Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for 6-8 minutes, adding flour if the dough is too sticky.
6.Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with a damp cloth. Let the dough rise until double the size.
7.Preheat the oven to 350F°
8.Grease a baking pan and shape the dough into your desired shape
9.Beat the egg in a bowl and brush it on the shaped dough
10.Bake the bread for 30-35 minutes or until the bread is browned and hollow sounding when tapped.
